Cancellation and Refunds
At The Henderson House, we understand that plans may change. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation at least 2 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take several business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

No-Show Policy
Guests who do not show up for their booking without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
Modifications
Changes to reservation dates must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Email us at {email} for booking modifications.
Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed at The Henderson House. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy.
